Eighteen years of practicing therapy has given me the experience to support people through their toughest times. You may find that family and friends are too close to help and you need someone trained to objectively reflect, actively listen and help gain insight into yourself so you can make better choices. I have worked for the Mental health Charity MIND and delivered NHS courses, countywide. Also, given my time freely to work with the Samaritans and delivered cooperate training to professionals. Although experience is crucial, trust and feeling you can share uncomfortable aspects of your life is more important.

I will be led by you. It will be an agreed goal orientated outcome and during the process any relevant tools to manage thinking styles or emotional obstacles can be offered. Although CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) is a well proven therapy in which I am trained, I do not limit myself to one particular model of therapy. DHW - the "issue" company magazine format the Leveller uses is terrible. I can't even link to the page the article is on. It defaults to the front. And there is no way to copy and past text from it. So, to use these columns it would be best to have your original text, preferably in .txt format, so I can make some pages myself, for a few of your articles.
